Business Council of Australia moves to Parliamentary Precinct

The Business Council of Australia will be relocating to a new office in the Parliamentary Precinct in Canberra after securing a lease with landlord Doma Group.

BCA signed a three-year lease with options over the 261sq m space at Unit 9, 18 National Circuit in Barton.

The rent is confidential but the gross annual rents in the building are said to be between $460 and $480 a square metre.

Colliers International's Aaron Bruce acted on the deal.

New courts The Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal will open its first non-CBD court in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs after signing a 1050sq m office lease at 20 Atherton Road in Oakleigh.

The 10-year lease was struck at a net annual rent of $300 a square metre.

Colliers International’s Kevin Tutty and Tom Rothel represented a local private landlord.
